A scene can be multiple channels/connected products working together, even across multiple myLinks, and a schedule is a scene based on a specific time of day or sunrise/sunset.

Now let’s get started!

Controlling scenes and schedules is easy. You can use simple voice commands to activate scenes, list scenes and schedules, enable and disable schedules, or even ask for help.

A few examples of possible commands are:

● “Alexa, play Goodnight scene.”

● “Alexa, move Downstairs Shades Up.”

● “Alexa, tell myLink to list my scenes.”

● “Alexa, enable Weekend Morning schedule.”

● “Alexa, ask myLink for help with schedules.”

● “Alexa, ask myLink if Vacation schedule is enabled.”

Remember, scene and schedule names are set in the myLink app. For best results, keep connected product names to two to four American English words.

To see all possible commands for your system go to the “More Commands” section of the Amazon Alexa main menu.

If you make changes to your scenes or schedules, update Alexa by saying “Alexa, ask myLink to refresh configuration,” or by using the update configuration option of the Amazon Alexa main menu.
