What happens with my Zigbee products if the internet is down?

In the event of an internet failure, the control through the TaHoma® Beecon app will no longer work. However, the remote controls will remain functional through smart plugs. The automatic scenarios programmed before the internet failure will still work.


If there are no Somfy smart plugs in the TaHoma system then Zigbee products will not function when internet is lost to the TaHoma.
