The process of resetting your rolling shutter motor to factory mode is simple. The video below will show you how using a double power cut:

STEP 1: Perform a Double Power Cut

First, turn the power to the concerned motor OFF for 2 seconds.

Then, turn the power back ON for 10 seconds.

Then, turn the power OFF again for 2 seconds.

Finally, turn the power back ON. The motor should either jog or move up or down for about 5 seconds, depending on the location of the shutter at the time of the power cut.

STEP 2: Press the Programming Button on Any RTS Transmitter

Take any RTS transmitter and press and hold the PROGRAMMING BUTTON on the back of the control (this button is located in the front for the DecoFlex wall switch) until the motor jogs twice.

To verify press the PROGRAMMING BUTTON on the back of the control again.

The shutter should not react. If it moves when pressing any buttons, start from the beginning.

If the shutter doesn't react, the motor is now reset and ready to be programmed!
