myLink and IFTTT: How to Edit and Delete an Applet

Learn how to edit or delete an Applet for your myLink in IFTTT.

If you're looking for a way to edit an existing Applet for the myLink in IFTTT, or even to delete an Applet you're no longer using, we have a quick tutorial to help.

You can delete an Applet from your IFTTT app or from the website IFTTT.com. For our example below, we're using the IFTTT smartphone app to edit and delete a myLink and Google Assistant Applet.

If you're not sure how to get started connecting myLink to IFTTT, or how to create an Applet to connect with services like Google Assistant, read our tutorial here.

To get started, select the settings wheel in the upper right corner of your screen.

Now you can edit any previous settings, such as your simple phrase, language or how even how Google Assistant responds. Then select Save to save your edits.

If you'd like to delete the Applet entirely, select Delete on the edit screen instead of saving. This will completely delete your Applet, so be careful to only use if you no longer want to keep a specific Applet.

You now know how to edit and delete Applets in IFTTT!
